Limit extended sun exposure and wear SPF daily; active sunburns will require rescheduling. 48 Hours Before: Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements/medications (like ibuprofen, aspirin, or fish oil) to minimize bruising, unless medically necessary. Day of Treatment: Arrive with completely clean skin, free of makeup, lotions, perfume, or creams.
Post-Visit Care: The 12-Hour Rule: Leave the remaining VAMP™ serum residue on the skin for at least 12 hours (ideally overnight) before washing your face to maximize complete absorption. First 24 Hours: Do not apply makeup or traditional skincare products. Wash only with lukewarm water or a gentle, provider-approved cleanser. 48-Hour Restrictions: Avoid intense physical exercise, swimming, saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, or freezing environments to prevent sweat irritation and inflammation. Days 1 to 7: Commit to a basic, ultra-hydrating routine (hyaluronic acid and a barrier-repair moisturizer). Avoid picking or scrubbing any micro-flakiness, stay entirely out of direct sunlight, and wear a broad-spectrum physical SPF daily.
